The deal
LEAP delivers a custom software IP Asset built ~60–90% by AI and finished by senior developers. You pay a one-time $49 setup to begin and a $2,999/month minimum retainer once you start active development.
Refund policy
The $49 setup is refunded if we cannot deliver a meaningful initial build within 6 hours of completed discovery. Retainer fees are non-refundable for partial months but cancellable at any time before the next billing period.
Ownership of the IP Asset
You own all custom code and assets we build for you. We retain rights to our platform code, the LEAP AI System, and any reusable components developed independently of your project.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use LEAP to build products for unlawful purposes, infringe third-party intellectual property, or generate harmful content. We reserve the right to decline or terminate projects that violate this policy.
Liability
Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months. We provide the service "as is" without warranties beyond those expressly stated above.
