What is an IP Asset?
An IP Asset is a working piece of custom software you fully own — a website, internal tool, dashboard, or product. LEAP builds 60–90% of it with AI in under 6 hours, then senior engineers finish the rest.
Why $49 to start?
$49 covers AI compute and keeps tire-kickers and bots out of the LEAP system. It's applied toward your build and is fully refundable if we can't deliver a working draft within 6 hours.
What's the $2,999/month retainer for?
It covers servers, hosting, database, AI runtime, and a senior engineer actively assigned to your asset. It also unlocks LEAP's Senior PM insights — usage-driven recommendations for high-ROI features.
How does feedback work?
You record a 5–20 minute screen-share where you talk through what you want changed. LEAP transcribes and routes it to your engineer. Most clients ship a new iteration within 48 hours.
Do I own the code?
Yes. Every line, every asset, every credential is yours from day one. We give you the GitHub repo, hosting access, and database export anytime you ask.
Can I cancel?
Cancel the retainer at any time from Settings. Your asset stays online for the remainder of the billed period. No long-term contracts.
What if the estimate is too high?
Tell LEAP your budget in plain English. The system re-phases the work into affordable chunks so you can ship the highest-leverage piece first.
How is my data protected?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can export everything (GDPR Article 15/20) or request deletion (Article 17) from Settings at any time.
