What we collect
When you start an IP Asset, we collect your name, work email, phone number, and the information you share during discovery (project goals, target users, value mechanism, estimated profit). We may also infer non-sensitive business context (industry, approximate company size) from your email domain to personalize your experience.
Why we collect it
- To deliver the discovery, build, and ongoing iteration of your IP Asset.
- To send you transactional updates about your project (build status, payment receipts, recording reminders).
- To improve our build quality and product over time.
Who we share it with
We share data only with sub-processors strictly required to deliver the service — our hosting provider (database + edge functions), Resend (transactional email), Stripe (payments), and the LEAP AI System (build automation). We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.
